I have been using this amazing store for years now ! The staff are always friendly and very helpful! A young girl helped me with a project and I needed material for ! She palled out a book full of samples which matched just what I was looking for!

I have been using this wonderful shop for many years. The staff are always helpful, friendly and are genuinely interested in what you are making. They take a keen interest and will help select fabrics, colours etc.
I also attend courses or sewing days to meet fellow sewers, the tutors have a wealth of experience plus there Is plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits on hand and plenty of chat with like minded people.
This shop is an absolute gem x

Great day out - but a very dangerous shop!!!! Very easy to buy all the things you need (or in my case, don't actually need!) Lovely customer service. Admittedly you can buy cheaper cotton on the Internet but it's got such a good range and colour matching schemes, it's really worth it for a good project. Highly recommend.

Visited shop today had great service and help from Daphne and Carol, helping me to buy and choose my fabric colours for a project I am starting. They also helped me with converting embroidery thread colours from DMC which was in an old embroidery book to Anchor threads . Daphne and Carol both took the time to help me and advise me on my material colours to buy. Thank you ladies I will be back ! X

Amazing choice of fabrics/sewing books and accessories. Pleasant.helpful. knowledgeable staff. Loyalty card scheme. Excellent array of classes for all abilities. Parking can be quite difficult but there is public carpark nearby at Hampton Court Station. Lots of lovely little cafes nearby.
