I went in to buy some screws and plugs for concrete, they tried to recommend cavity wall screws. This is after I have been coughed and sneezed all over- dreadful experience, unfriendly and unknowledgeable, walked out.
They said ask a builder they know what to use- he didn’t have a clue.

I walked two miles to this store to buy some screws, because I like to support small businesses. After selecting two packets of screws, he told me they only accepted cash, even though he had a card-reader in front of him, and I’d paid by card for an item the previous week. Complete waste of a trip.

I bought an expensive bicycle lock that proved to be defective. When I complained I was treated with contempt and ejected from the shop despite being a regular customer. They clearly consider themselves above Trading standards regulations and the law. I shall pursue this matter further and will not be visiting again. The behaviour of the shop assistant was disgracefully ignorant, as I left he took some photos of me.

Great place to go to when in Hampton Hill. It's like an Alladin's Cave. It sells an enormous range of things, from bakeware and gardening stuff. It has a full range of HG cleaning fluids.

if there's anything you wanted in a hardware shop guaranteed to find it in Hampton hill hardware also the staff are charming very conscientious and will always find anything that you can't find or get it in if you can't really appreciate the service have received their and it's always easy to get to easy to shop there and you are served with a friendly face thank you Hampton hill hardware

Helpful and friendly!! Not to mention a huge variety of products, found everything required, and will definitely be returning for future purchases!!! Hardware is not my forte and I really appreciated the help, Would recommend this great local store!!
