Great service, problem with screws not supplied but they we're sent quickly.
Slight damage by carrier but nothing that a little glue won't fix.

I have been using Trade Systems for many years, both as a trade and private customer. I am lucky enough to live a few minutes from their shop so can use them on a face to face basis routinely. Service has always been friendly, helpful and efficient whether the order was large or small. Whilst they can supply on line, Trade Systems remains a true local asset.

Was looking for tilt box storage for work van - no local suppliers - so took an hours drive to these guys where I was able to make purchase immediately what I needed with great, friendly help from company representative.
Home later that day and installed kit to van and all working well.

Excellent, helpful & friendly staff. The best place to buy Really Useful Boxes for a variety of reasons.

1. Superb customer service, with knowledgeable staff able to answer all queries, unlike major retail chains who's stock response is often, "I dunno".

2. Most prices are cheaper than other retailers, bar the occasional time-limited offers by rivals, usually only for one specific item.

3. Stock all the sizes along with accessories - e.g. lids.

4. They are the only supplier where you can visit their showroom (in Kingston, London) and see almost the entire range for yourself. This is extremely useful, as while the dimensions of various items are easy to find it helps greatly to actually see the sizes in person.
