Amazing from start to finish ordered 4 Marc Darcy suits for our wedding and they bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure everything looked and fitted perfectly even down to changing suits a week before the wedding as one of the suits was to too big for our toddler ring bearer

i bought a pair of toms from Loofe's online - and this is what happened to them in the first 3 hours of wearing them. I wrote two emails to complain about this and ask to see if there was any opportunity for a refund but no response whatsoever. They are pretty much unwearable so i feel like i have been robbed. I'd stay clear

Ordered some football boots Thursday evening for my little boy after searching everywhere. They had the right sizes which were really hard to find, I then chose to ‘click and collect’ not realising there was multiple stores and this could take a couple days. They fast tracked this for me to middleton store allowing me to collect Friday after 11.30am in time for my sons football training. Amazing service!! Will definitely be shopping here again and recommending!

NEVER AGAIN ?Very unhelpful customer services I had a parcel stolen or lost after royal mail apparently left a signed for parcel outside my property, loofes customer service didn't want to help I've had to start a payment dispute with my credit card company to get a refund
