I think the Mall in Blackburn is probably one of the better ones. Loads of shops and variety, good for clothes, discount, household and other stuff and something for all sorts of budgets. There is market within which is small but decent. Nicely and lively atmosphere and a good place to shop for all sorts.

Average Mall in the centre of Blackburn it has everything you need all under one roof however the lifts are a bit small and could do with more of them

It's a lovely place I must admit!
I got stranded in the parking with my broken car for hours and the security guys and Alex the maintenance guy helped me without question, immediately came and took care of me. He wasn't able to start my car because he had just a regular jump-start device but his will to help , effort and simple hello was enough for me to feel that I was taking care off, being a lady on my own and alone, traveling on a business trip.
Big bravo and appreciation to the staff in The Mall, security personnel and Alex for the amazing job!

A perfect hub with all your daily requirements situated near the town centre is the Blackburn Mall. The basement has the eating zone where you have multiple stalls serving various cuisines. You can even get fresh vegetables, breads, cheese, fish, meat , clothing, electronics, key maker, shoe repairing done there. There are even salons, beauty parlours and nail spas. You have shops selling items needed for gifting purposes, decoration and home decor. On the ground floor are all branded clothing, show, medical, jewellery, currency exchange shops and coffee shops. The pound bakery is a good place to pick some quick snacks. There are washrooms in the basement and on the 1st floor near the parking area.

Much more variety of shops than I first expected. Reasonable parking charges too. My only complaint is the parking is NOT well signposted if you’re in block A (as opposed to C). Really enjoyed the fact the market was attached too

A Fantastic Shopping Experience at The Mall Blackburn

I recently visited The Mall Blackburn, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience from start to finish. The mall offers a great shopping environment, combined with excellent customer service, making it a top destination in the area.

First, the service was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered, whether in the stores or within the mall itself, was friendly, approachable, and more than willing to help. I was impressed by how well the staff handled customer inquiries and how quick they were to offer assistance. It’s clear that they value customer satisfaction and aim to make every visit as pleasant as possible.

The environment at The Mall Blackburn is just as remarkable. The mall is clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. There’s a wide variety of stores to explore, from high-street fashion to unique boutiques, all within a comfortable walking distance of each other. The modern, bright design of the mall creates an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience. It never feels overcrowded, yet it’s always bustling with energy.

I also appreciated the mall’s amenities, from the seating areas to the clean, well-maintained facilities. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to shop, meet friends, or simply take in the sights. There’s also a nice selection of places to grab a bite, whether you're after a quick snack or a leisurely meal.

Overall, The Mall Blackburn provides an excellent shopping experience with top-notch service and a pleasant, well-kept environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really nice town centre, lots of paid parking. Nearly all the designer shops you can think of, and a food court too.

Arrived at the car park at 7pm and became trapped in dystopian nightmare dream sequence of locked doors, vast empty parking lots, strange concrete buildings and glass pyramids. Trying to find the puregym entrance was hard work! The pure gym was signposted at block c, but the blocks themselves weren't clear.
I took a photo when I felt id reached a critical point and so I'd remember which way I'd gone...
3 stars for the utter weirdness of it all.
