I just want to say what a massive help Keith on trade point has been for me this evening. I needed to get a receipt back from over 12months ago and he went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service and a great asset to the company. I had already spoken to a member of staff from the normal store earlier and was told it wasn't possible, well clearly it was!

Tried to sell me hardwall plaster that had gone out of date by a week. I've made a complaint - word of warning for the novis; don't buy plaster that is out of date as it won't stick.
