Very efficient in advising product back in stock and order quickly executed. I did have a problem with the website order process and had to give a business email address to get it ordered. I dare say I am now on the database twice as a result. Hence 4 stars.

Bought some Proctoysydal Suppositories. for £29.95 and paid £5.95 for postage. Took ages to arrive .
Was requested to send proof of identification by sending photo of driving licence or passport.
Objected to this form of identification as it's completely unnecessary and quite dangerous to share this type of personal information.
Passing on your NHS number is enough to identify who you are in this situation.
When parcel eventually arrived, more than 10 days later..packaging was poor and box quite squashed.
Actual suppositories were good..but administration very poor.

I was very pleased with my experience with my pharmacy they were very thorough asking for proof of identity to accept my medication.. I will continue to purchase from them.
As a passed NHS nurse I appreciate there policies before dispensing requests on line .
