Promised me twice he would turn up as I was desperate for his service. I told him what was needed a long time in advance. Sent him full job details, address etc but he simply didn't turn up. No calls, no excuse, nothing. Then had to cancel carpet fitters and others services hinging on him. Your a shambles Tony, glad in a way you let us down. A professional is now filling the gap.
