Had two doors, bay windows and a casement window replaced by these. The job took a bit longer thab expected, but was 100% worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mark's attention to detail and determination to get the job finished to the highest standard has left me a happy customer. Custom design on leaded windows was a real bonus. They also replaced my leadwork above the bays. Again, work done to a very high standard. And all at a very good price!

If you need any form of communication then this company is not for you.
I was told I would have my quote the next day, one week later I phoned to ask if they had a quote for me and the person on the phone said someone would ring me back. No call came at all. If these people did not want the work it would have been ultimately better to say so and there would have been no need for bad reviews (simple honestly and courtesy). If you need to chase a company to get a quote then how hard will you have to chase them if there is a problem!
I have moved on to the competition.

Fantastic service, had a window replaced to the rear then got them back to fit a rear door. Did the job quickly, no issues at all. Staff were friendly, helpfull and worked really hard.

Rang for quote and a gentleman attended shortly afterwards who was requested to comply with government requirements and wear a mask which he acquired from his van.
He did the required measuring and promised a quote 2 or 3 days later.
Several weeks later I asked where my quote was without an answer being to hand except the usual Covid excuse. I advised them to leave the order as the work had already been carried out by another company.

Terrible customer service, they make promises they dont keep and one guy was extremely rude on the phone, he had no people skills whatsoever! They also advised that we didnt need toughened glass in our conservatory which i have since discovered is against the law if the bottom of the glass is less than 800 mm from the floor!
