I’ve used this website three times without any delivery issues. However, during my fourth order, I encountered the same problems others have mentioned. Two weeks passed with no sign of my order and no Yodel tracking information.

Despite multiple emails and calls, I received no response. Eventually, I got a Yodel tracking number, but a few days later, Yodel still hadn’t received the goods. I raised a case with PayPal, and to my surprise, the goods were sent to Yodel within hours of raising the case. I’m not sure what that was about, but I definitely won’t be using their services again.

I’m giving 2 stars for finally receiving the order, even though it was two weeks late

Didn't receive the product. The seller claimed we had not accepted delivery even though we have not left the house in 3 weeks. I spoke to Yodel who were the named courier and they had no record of the delivery. I requested the tracking number from the seller but this was never produced nor was any evidence that the delivery was not accepted but us. Refund received but I wouldn't order from this company again as based on the evidence I can only conclude that the item was never actually sent.

Unfortunately we fell foul of this company's lack of response - an order was placed but not delivered after more than a month or waiting. After repeated attempts to make contact I had to resort to requesting a Paypal resolution (thankfully I had paid this way) which eventually produced a full refund. There has still been no contact from the company and nothing in the way of an apology.

BUYER BEWARE. Don't use this backstreet company. Tried to get a VAT invoice, but no answer to calls or email. They have no idea of how to run a business. Tried to log in on their website, but it doesn't work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

We have had an issue with a delivery stemming back to January. I appreciate it's Covid and all businesses are struggling with customer service, but we have sent over a dozen emails, ebay messages and left voicemails on their landline and mobile. No response to any. None. 6 months and counting. Atrocious service.

Order never arrived,went missing/ delivered elsewhere. Told driver came nobody home,I was in all day,then told would deliver next day 100% that day,no delivery. Now no one answering emails. Hey- Ho. Live & learn. Company is less than 2 miles from me.UPDATR:12/09/19. Just had delivery. Thank you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Placed an order upwards of £150 and did not receive. Both phone numbers don’t answer & same goes for email. Hopefully we can get our money back from PayPal.

Surprises me how this person runs a limited company when they cannot get the goods to you and doesn't respond to any messages or gives you a refund. I would avoid this seller at all costs, as they are arrogant and untrustworthy!
