This is our third visit to Northcote having last visited in 2020 in between lock-downs. This time we had our dog come along to stay with us. Everything in our room was dog friendly and a bowl and biscuits were in our room on arrival. The hospitality shown to us was of a very high standard and that is really what makes this place so special. The staff are just so helpful, friendly and courteous and go out their way to make your stay special. Special mentions go to Flynn, Tegan (with the 3 spaniels), Simon and Mitchell for being the best hosts over the 5 days we were there. The gourmet food evening was really special and the food was excellent and the wines kept flowing for each course. The food for the rest of the week was excellent and good choices for vegetarians too. Our dog dined with us in the conservatory each evening and was also pampered by the staff who are also very dog friendly. The breakfast cooked choices were great and you could also mix and match whatever you wanted, as well as also having additional continental options and the croissants are simply the best ones you could ever eat. This hotel is all about the food and the staff and that is what really makes it so wonderful, not forgetting the lovely grounds to walk around and the fantastic SPA and pool area they have. All in all a wonderful trip away and we are already looking at booking for next year, this time in the Summer.

My Daughter and I visited for a much needed pamper day. We decided to add on a nights stay to have a whole pamper day. ||We started in the spa with a delicious cream tea ( mine gluten free and absolutely delicious!) ||We enjoyed using the spa which was quiet and really relaxing.|We had lovely treatments in the spa which were so relaxing and we felt very pampered.||After the spa we were taken to our room|Which was beautiful, very tastefully decorated and we settled in. the shower was so powerful it was lovely! Our bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep. ||Our dinner was absolutely delicious and they had remembered I was gluten free and adjusted my food without me having to keep asking. The food was delicious and well seasoned and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely evening. ||Breakfast was plentiful and there was so much choice.||I’d like to thank the staff for their very warm welcome, and particular thanks to the ladies in the spa who made us feel so pampered and relaxed- you have no idea how much we needed that. ||If you’re looking for a nice indulgent stay with delicious food and welcoming staff look no further.

We have just returned from 4 nights in this lovely hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom, Azalea, was spacious, well equipped with two armchairs, bath robes, etc. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and the evening meals were delightful, well presented with different specials each day. |The staff are very friendly and this extended to the Spa. Special mention of Louise who always had a smile and a friendly chat and over the course of our stay appeared at breakfast, the Spa and evening meals. The Spa is excellent from the swimming pool to the jacuzzi and offered great treatments. Mollie providing relaxing massages. Behind the Spa is a terrace where we were fortunate enough to sit with a beer in the sunshine overlooking the beautiful countryside.

Here for a gourmet weekend. Food excellent but best thing about this hotel are the wonderful staff. Unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Wonderful warm welcome on arrival and it was uphill from there. And apparently their amazing chefs are the non shouty kind and hugely skilled especially the pastry chef. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

When we arrived it looked good but later you could see it needed a little tlc with painting required and gutters clearing. |The staff were good and were knowledgeable about the hotel and services and were friendly.|We ate in the restaurant on the two nights we were there for. The menu looked good but on occasions was let down by the delivery some dishes lacked some seasoning and some sauces described were not as tasty as expected by the description.|My wife had a spa treatment which was good and which she enjoyed.|Overall was OK but unlikely to return

We try to visit this fantastic hotel twice a year to relax and we always feel very welcome. Staff are lovely and very friendly and the food is exceptional. Rooms are always spotless. We always visit the spa for a swim and it is never over crowded. We will be back again soon.

Visited the spa for the first time on Saturday with my partner's sister and mum. It was so relaxing! The spa area and changing rooms were very clean and well thought out. We also each had a 30 minute massage. I was booked in with Briony and she was so lovely. I really enjoyed my treatment with her! Our cream teas were tasty and I was impressed they did a vegan scone with dairy free butter! Will definitely visit again some time. Thank you!

We stayed at Northcote Manor for our wedding anniversary. We had an amazing meal, followed by a very relaxing stay and a lovely breakfast. We found the staff all incredibly friendly and welcoming, they were very attentive and nothing was too much. |The Manor is in beautiful grounds and the attention to detail made our stay very memorable.
