As always my appointment at Bird and Fairley was dealt with very professionally and the staff are friendly and helpful. In particularly a big thanks to Jill for again acting very quickly a short while back in sending me to a specialist so my sight could be saved.

A very last minute appointment requested at end of day, to have eye looked at as possibly foreign object stuck on inside top eyelid, of which Jack was really helpful and supportive of my request to see Optometrist (lovely Jilly) who is trained in minor injuries, as a primary care response to minimise need to go to hospital eye department. The experience was very thorough and carefully responded too, talking through what would be happening, use of anaesthetic and wiping inside of lid. First class service for both assessment and treatment as part of NHS response. Thank you Jilly and Jack, a swift and great response and customer service, as always. Jackie Flynn

I cannot fault this opticians for anything. Service is A1 Optician is A1 being so thorough and explaining everything to you. It is all looking lovely since the refurbishment and frames galore to choose from and affordability as well, I highly recommend them.

Mrs Patel carried out a thorough examination explaining everything very clearly whilst putting me at ease. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m touring England and had a mishap with my glasses. The frames were quite bent. I stopped in and Jack and his team fixed them in a matter of minutes. Great service! Highly recommend!
