Fantastic experience at protyre Dunmow. Was recommended to try here after an issue with my transit’s locking wheel nut not coming off. Reception were extremely snowed under and could tell it was a stressful day with other customers but they made the time to fit us in before close of business on a busy Saturday. Came back just before closing and they moved us over to a bay where Henry worked diligently to sort out our issue and get me out of shtick for the weekend and my working week ahead. Will be coming here for any future work that needs doing. They didn’t need to help us but they did and we were extremely grateful! Fantastic customer service in this day and age. Thanks again!

Outstanding service - we had an issue with a locking wheel nut and Henry took the time to help us out, we can’t him enough, he is a true tire wizard! The guy in the office was also extremely helpful and fitted us in last minute on a busy Saturday - thank you both so much!

I went to Tyremart in Great Dunmow for a tyre repair due a puncture. I did not have any appointment and they fit me in straight away. They have also been helpful with filling my insurance forms without any issues. I paid 31 quid for tyre repair (normally they charge over 39 pounds), price very competitive and at the moment I am happy with the quality of work. I was a bit reluctant to go there due to some of bad reviews but as soon I came in the guys were really polite and professional.

Awful. A “Pirelli Performance Centre” apparently. Whatever image that conjures…. this place is the opposite. Nasty reception. Stressed staff arguing with customers and between themselves. Tyres fitted with zero care, car left in a mess. And one alloy damaged taking off the previous balancing weights. Tracking machine broken and I am still waiting for my refund. If you care about your car in any way…. Go somewhere else.

Worst garage ever. The guy at the reception is very rude. Such an unprofessional service. I changed my rear tyres, one of the wheel had a crack in it (very easy to spot) and they never mentioned that, when I phoned them back they told me that I need to bring it back for them to check it(another bill). The same garage tried to charge my girlfriend over £600 for front brake pads and discs, putting pressure on her that they are very busy and need to make up her mind ( had a quote for half of the price somewhere else ). I won’t recommend this garage.

Really disappointing service - 25 years loyalty to the place means nothing - I was 5 minutes late for an MOT (they said they called me yesterday and yet I have no missed call on my phone) and they cancelled it.

Got a puncture on the front tyre on my way home. Luckily I was near the Protyre shop. They had a set in stock to fit my wheels and had them on my bike within 45 minutes. First class service, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you 👍
