They are simply the best. They looked after my daughter who had just had eye surgery at Moorfields. They gave us a quick appointment and all the staff were absolutely excellent. Despite it being a very busy morning. Professional and a credit to the brand.

I had such a fantastic experience with Courtney and Dr. Mo! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Courtney was so welcoming, patience, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Very friendly staff and the whole process of eye testing was swift and efficient, the only let down was the limited frames available for people on the NHS I struggled to find 2 frames that suited me and it was very frustrating I don’t wish to be treated differently to a paying customer, I would like a better selection of frames. Other than that very happy with the staff, also the placement of the opticians is very accessible and easy to get to.

Always such a nice experience! The ladies are all so genuinely helpful and friendly! I had a recent glasses disaster involving my toddler and my frames !! The ladies quickly found me a solution that was cost effective and efficient in getting my glasses back, thank you so much

I cannot fault the staff in Specsavers in Great Dunmow. They are there when you want them or stay back until you call them over. The staff are always very polite, helpful and explain everything you need to know. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent service today, broke my reading glasses doing DIY , phoned the branch and they advised had a frame in stock and could fix them today. Went over and was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Top service ladies. Thank you.

What a friendly and caring service. Not rushed, not directed to expensive frames. Sally took a photograph of me in the sample which was really caring and helpful. I returned the next day and bought another pair and Sally immediately knew what I wanted. What a star.

First time appointment at Dunmow this morning after over 30 years using the Chelmsford branch!!
Was given 9am appointment so turned up 10 mins early as you do!!
Apparently the door doesn’t open until 9am and couldn’t see anyone inside!! Good job it wasn’t raining!!
Just after 9am 3 women appeared!! I told them that I was disappointed that no one was available to open door!! Not one even offered an apology
Absolute joke if thats what you call customer service!!
So even though they changed my appointment time from 10 am to 9 am they we’re not bothered!!
Very disappointed if thats the attitude going forwards
