Disorganised - had to provide dimensions over the phone and on arrival when collecting. Poor customer service - staff attended to other matters despite me being the only customer on site.
Overpriced - prices remain higher than their competition.
On the up-side small orders are produced while you wait and once underway was a very swift process. Would only use again if strictly necessary.

Get a quote in seconds it says on the website.
30 Hours later still awaiting mine.
I won't hold my breath.
I rang him again after 2 days and he said "can you give me the size again" !!
At this point I gave up and hung up.

Phoned this Dunmow glass company to replace a double glazed window for my old Mum, they managed to do this the very next day after measuring the same day I telephoned, and I have got to say that my mum was delighted along with being very impressed with the entire service.
