Had a lovely breakfast at Franks this morning. What great service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Portion sizes are exceptional. Lots of cake too which is ALL handmade! Yum! Best of all, dog friendly!!

Had a great breakfast at Frank’s Coffee Lounge! The full English was spot on—crispy bacon, tasty sausages, and perfectly cooked eggs. The coffee was smooth and rich, just how I like it. They also have homemade fresh cakes, which were absolutely delicious! Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it even better. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming back again!

Highly recommend I come from Harlow just to have a coffee and a breakfast, the atmosphere is superb from the decoration to the Service and the people that work here, this is now my number one cafe. And well worth the 30 minute drive. 10/10 on everything

We popped in after dropping the car off at Taylor’s for a service. Coffee and tea was absolutely fine but my wife had omelette and I had an egg and bacon roll. Well, since then and 2-3 days later we’ve been in bits. Stomach cramps, frequent toilets stops etc. We reckon the eggs were out of date, but also the bacon was so hard and crispy I had to leave. Very welcoming but never again.

Frank's is a lovely coffee shop in Great Dunmow with lovely staff, great services and the range of cakes is amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. Well worth treating yourself.

Very nice place!! I didn’t sit inside but the seating looked lovely and clean. I got a chicken Caesar salad and a caramel frappe. The salad was delicious and looked amazing and the caramel frappe was sweet and very tasty with a slight coffee taste. Will definitely go here again 🙂

Lovely place but portions are poor! Costco carrot cake cut into a slither. For £4.50 a slice surely it shouldn’t look like someone has had a bite!!

Really friendly service, made me feel special. Coffee was particularly smooth and well made. Interior decor is excellent and beautiful presentation and service area. Wil definitely come out of my way to visit again!
