We have been customers at The Opticians for 10 years now. We can always get an appointment at our convenience and whenever we have a breakage with our glasses Mark is so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. There are other opticians in Dunmow but for us, The Opticians is the one and only choice. I highly recommend them 👍🏻

Absolutely faultless service again from Mark. I broke my glasses and Mark took the time to make good a brilliant repair using another pair of glasses in the sale, to keep the costs down, by replacing arms and wires, to make my glasses great again. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this optician for almost 8 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, and the optician is really thorough. I feel like my eye health is in great hands. Recently, I had some worrying symptoms, and they managed to fit me in the next day, which was such a relief. Luckily, it wasn’t anything serious, and I felt reassured. I’ll definitely keep coming here for my glasses and contacts as long as I’m local. Thanks so much!
