Went to return this faulty item the oil leaked out when turned over the lady serving me wouldn't even let me speak was basically saying I didn't know how to use the item....so I don't know how to turn an hour glass over and I was my fault it leaked all over my bench yet the other one I have is totally fine ended up getting my refund after 5 mins of her twisting her face and trying to blame me ?‍♀️ won't be returning to shop there again

Went into the store today after seeing Christmas books with personalised names and pencils the assistant was not helpful as managed to find the pencil I wanted but not the book. Asked if she had the particular book in the name that I needed, but said that if it wasn't there she didn't have it would be getting some in soon . Not very helpful . I work in retail and would of looked for customer , anything for the customer . I don't feel I had the best customer service I needed but found the book with the name I needed myself ... All the assistant said was you found it!!!!!! Not good service at all☹️
