I don't understand the bad reviews? It seems to me the reviews are more about the users than the company. My experience has been excellent and the product saves me a lot of time. I would recommend to small or large businesses.

Been having issues with eBay import for long. They never fix it. Take your money and go somewhere else. It's just not worth it.

We have had a fantastic experience with ShipStation and wonder why we didn't take the plunge before. It integrates well with Shopify and Etsy sites. Like all new software it takes time to set up so it works smoothly, but Charles has been fantastically patient in helping us. The fees are more than covered by the discounted postage rate. Anyone sending more than 20 parcels a week would benefit for sure.

Extremely poor customer service. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago and the call was supposed to be with Josua Meyre. I have been waiting for the call but there has been no email, no message and no call! I needed support for my small business website, but with such poor service, I will be looking elsewhere!

Saw an add that said "It took like one or two clicks to get started" clicked once and twice and did not get started. False advertising.
