So far so good! This platform offers everything you need to set up a digital product store, promote your products, and even create a monthly membership and self-study courses for your customers. I'm not super tech-y and I've been managing pretty well. The set-up tasks are really intuitive.

I haven't ever built a webstore before PayHip. I am an author at the mercy of Amazon, and while I will stay with Amazon, I have branched out into my own domain and website. And it was so easy! The PayHip store creation process was easy to learn and POWERFUL! It has position me to accept payments for my books and gives me a cool website and landing page for my customers/readers to. Like you, I have heard of Spotify and the like, but it was just too much for me and it will cost me - eventually. PayHip is free to set up, free to sell books on, it only gets paid when I sell a book. And I keep MOST of the sale price!
As I said, I am concentrating on more books and haven't taken advantage of all PayHip has to offer ... YET.

Lucy was kind and empathetic. I was anxious because it was my first time using Payhip . I thought I was going to lose all of my uploaded digital product after I received an email from Stripe saying Payhip removed my account. I did not know why my account was removed and I surely didn't want to go through the whole process of re-uploading my artwork writing product description , tiltle , etc. She re-assured me that I was not going to lose any of my artwork and that my account was not removed. She told me to go ahead and try to reconnect my account with Stripe. That made me comfortable , heard and understood. She took my feelings into consideration and gave clear instructions on how to fix the issuue.
