My daughter and I visited Linda this evening to purchase a dress for my daughters prom. My daughter was made to feel comfortable and tried on a varied amount of beautiful dresses, Linda was able to guide my daughter to make the right choices for the perfect dress for her prom. Linda has a great selection of dresses and encouraged my daughter to try on different styles and colours until she found ‘the one.’ She didn’t feel fine pressured. Great experience with trying in, ordering and final collection of the prom dress.

Impressions - Warm, kind patient and wonderful experience.

Having attended a prom dress shop in fleet, feeling rushed and unimportant, shoved in a room with yet more dresses and not allowed to take photos, and then pressured to buy a dress within a certain number of weeks due to delivery deadlines, I was sure everywhere else would be the same experience

How wrong could I be.

Impressions was as far opposite as the north and South pole and definitely worth a visit.
Run by an independent person who also had the same experience for her daughters prom that I had had with my daughter she knows you're not just a number. Customer service and experience is her priority.

Booking an appointment was easy - I left an answer machine message and received a call back within a few hours (it was the weekend so I figured they'd be busy)

On arrival to her cabin in the garden we were very well greeted and not made to rush or just to pick 5 dresses. The room of dresses and time was my daughter's, with no rude intteruptions (which we expereinced a few time in Fleet).

The room was light and roomy and photo's were highly recommended.

We were not pressured and the deadline to order was over a month away and not as I was told - weeks away. She was helpful, offered more dresses when my daughter couldnt decide and gave helpful advice.

Being undecided we returned to Impression a second time, and the experience was just as good as the first.

Dress decided and ordered, pay half now and other half when collecting, visit was as personel as the first.

A wide selection of dresses and a wonderful owner.

You may not find THE dress for you, but you will definitely find the experience you were loking for.

Amazing experience for my daughters prom dress shopping this year, even though we still had Covid restrictions the visit to impressions was relaxing and not pressured. There was so many beautiful dresses to choose from and Linda was so knowledgeable regarding availability of the dresses. Would highly recommend!

Linda was extremely arrogant and unpleasant on the phone, said this prom dress shop wasn’t for us to to look somewhere closer to home (we live 10 minutes away) when I mentioned my daughter was shy and didn’t like other people watching her try on the dress and giving unwanted advice. Prom dress shop looks like the British Heart Foundation. AVOID!!
