What a find. Took a trip to Conisbee's after having some of their sausages at a restaurant. Had to ask where they were from, they were THE best bangers. So off to Horsley I go, it was quite some way from where I live, but so worth it. The range of produce was vast , looked tempting & fresh so gave into temptation. Bought a variety of sausages, and other tasty morsels, all of which were wrapped up individually so I could freeze them. Staff were polite, friendly & funny. I shall certainly be making a return trip.

Had two chefs to cook hog roasts (pork and lamb) at a party last weekend for over 60 guests and the food was exceptional and the quality and service first class. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

Moved to East Horsley in September, always purchased our meat from supermarkets until we found this absolute gem of a Butchers. Worth paying the extra, lovely friendly staff, Sausages are fabulous and highly recommend the pork Pie.

We always use them for Christmas for the finest turkey and gammon. Will start using them more throughout the year as their meat is always amazing. The staff are superb. All experts and happy to help. Proper traditional butchers shop with a well earned reputation. I live 20 minutes away but haven’t gone to any other butchers since finding this one. Head and shoulders above the rest!

Superb meats. Have been patronising the shop for years now and I do not buy from supermarkets anymore. Meats are very fresh - turkeys and beef from their own farms. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Just collected our Christmas order from Connisbee. It's only two of us this year, so we went for a chicken 🐔 rather than a turkey. We also picked up some of their famous sausage rolls, essential at Christmas! Great choice of the highest quality local produce and friendly service. A proper traditional village butcher. Recommended.

We’ve used Conisbee’s since moving to Horsley 5 years ago. We would never buy supermarket meat again. Knowledgable and friendly butchers. The meat is just so much better. The chicken breasts are huge and don’t shrink when you cook them. The sausages are delicious and juicy. We love the lamb and apricot one. The venison burgers are delish! My husband comes in especially for the biltong when it’s been done for a taste from home (SA). We get our eggs here too as much better value than supermarkets and local hens!!
