Wouldn't even give a one star. The pharmacist, Mr Pattel, is the most condescending, aggressively rude person I have ever met. I changed my pharmacist get away from him and he harassed me with persistant telephone calls. While I was away he managed, somehow, to get a prescription to dispense my meds so that my new pharmacy could not dispense for me. Very distressing behaviour, makes me feel very vulnerable.

Only trying this pharmacy because my regular one doesn’t have stock at the moment. Seem to be very abrupt and rude on the phone. Have just turned up to present my prescription, Google says it should be open, the sign on the door says it opens from 9am, but it’s 9:30am now and it’s all shuttered up still. Hairdresser next door says “he won’t be in until 10am” apparently. Sincerely hope I never have to come back here again. Good luck anyone who has to rely on this place as their local pharmacy.

Dodgy as hell . I got my mums tablets from here a few months ago. He was abrupt and dismissive, I and didn’t have the right amount of tablets , so I had to make a second trip. He also denied he had the prescription at first , until I told him to look again or I would do it myself . He constantly slagged of boots down the road and told me that he had got so many new customers as they prefer him (delusional or what) . I think he needs a lesson on British manners as he behaves like he’s flogging stuff in some unregulated foreign market . I’ve since moved to a different chemist in Fetcham .

The man that runs this chemist is the most awful person I’ve ever come across, he’s rude, nosey and seems to get a thrill out of taking to people like they’re dirt. He makes everyone wait outside, even the elderly, in the rain.
And over charges for medication that he shouldn’t even be selling, he’s very dodgy and should be struck off.
I used to get my parents medication from him, but have moved to the chemist in fetcham, where the people are friendly, efficient and very helpful… Mr.Patel needs a lesson in customer care… what a vile, rude man!!!

Abrupt and rude when calling to enquire about the availability of a medication. I get it (from other reviews that you want to put local villagers first) but in England we have common decency that you don't just slam the phone down on the general public (customers!?) be curteous and professional like all the others I have called up. AVOID.

I've moved all of my great Aunt's meds over to him from Boots in Bookham.
Because he is a small family bussenness not only does he has the knowledge to offer extra advice, he will take the time. Yes he is a pharmacist first..... he needs to get to the point so he can help...... like trying to tell an accountant a joke! But they are good people who remember their customers needs, and - more importantly - CARE!!! They are good people. 👍 🙌🙌👏👏

I'm sorry to report this but the staff have been upsettingly rude - it is just not acceptable when dealing with the elderly, sick and vulnerable. Some basic customer service training would help maybe.
