Stopped on my way out of the shop by a guy after making my purchases and asked "have you taken from here" he then quickly pulls out a half empty Dehodrant can from my bag, something they don't even stock. It was very humiliating when I've never stolen anything in my life to be falsely accused. They need to look at how they are treating customers.

Bought some happy shopper chocolate today the milk chocolate hazelnut bar it went out of date on the 31.4.24 tasted funny so binned it that's out of order selling stuff out of date, will not return

Great selection, Post Office counter, fresh juices, hot snacks.... Really lovely and helpful staff. They have done wonders with this shop. Really great.

I'm so sick of this shop.

You need to check the date on everything you pick up. Not to long back the fridges went off over night. Walked in around 8am and the milk was room temperature to touch.

The Costa machine. Twice I've been purchased a coffee for it to have large lumps in it. All I can assume is that this is from the machine not being cleaned properly. It's never happened at any other costa machine.

The pricing. Price is different to the shelf edge label. This is illegal. It happens regular. Also where possible they try to short change you.

Two card machines. I've never before in any retailer had a second card terminal thrust towards me and said no use this one. It is not normal behavior.

The staff. I understand there is a language barrier and I get that. I'm patient and always polite. But the staff are rude and ignorant. No please no thankyou infact nothing. More interested talking on his Bluetooth headset. I'd love to say this is just one member of staff but it isn't.

This evening was the last time I'll visit this shop. I've given them countless chances. I'm actually considering reporting them for countless things. This without doubt is the worst shop I have ever visited.. And yes I do have a record of every time you've short changed me.

Went in there the other day, the guy behind the till just couldn't be bothered. Didn't acknowledge myself or any other customer, and just threw my receipts at me. Think he was more concerned about whatever he was listening to on his airpods. There's no need to be so rude.

Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats as was out of what I needed for lunch breaks at work for rest of the week, didn't get home till 7 so wanted a quick delivery and even paid extra for that.
I ordered some Tortilla Wraps, they replaced them with Pains au Chocolat which is ridiculous as not even like what I originally wanted. I wanted a refund and rang up, they couldn't be bothered and kept talking over me saying we swopped it, I said yes I know but it's nothing like I wanted, it's not like for like it's something completely different. Absolutely fuming, will never use this shop again and if I'd seen the reviews before I wouldn't have at all.
One Stop ring you to tell you what they are out of and what you would want it swopping with or give you a refund.
Stay well clear of this shop. Awful.

Got cancer off the illegal dyes in the soft drinks you stock in your shop u horrible people. Will not be shopping here again as i will be in hospital for the forseeable, not happy DO NOT SHOP HERE

Disgusting store and appalling attitude from the shop assistant. Clearly doesnt care about customers at all. Dont worry none of us will ever buy anything from your store ever again. Hope you close down!
