This Asda was a disaster. Purchased some plants that obviously has not been watered.Moire interested that loading shelves that helping customers Could not find anyone to help. Phoned to speak to the Manager who was flippant, offhand and most unhelpful . Customer service zero we shall not be using Asda any more shopping it has generally gone right downhill. We will shop at Aldi ,Tesco or Sainsburys in future. All are much better and cheaper

Worst place i cant believe how this branch has fallen since it stopped being 24 hours. The staff are always stocking with huge trolleys blocking the ways for customers to safely reach stock. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!

Toilet was blocked, broken door, and broken toilet seat.

Honestly, this was such a nice store to visit before even if staff didnt care, I would find anything and be able to go in late nights. Now, not only do you face restocking trolleys blocking or almosting hitting you, you cant go later at night.

I was impressed by the amount of parking space available, trolleys of all sizes, accessible entrance, well labeled shelves, it's easy to find the items you need hence using less time to get your shopping done. The staff were also helpful.

The constant restocking huge trolleys nearly knocked me out. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Amazed nobody has complained about it. I won't let kids roam free just because of this.

Please can you remove the bricks that cause the trolleys to almost shake apart on the path. I almost got whiplash the other day when my trolley stopped because of a loose brick. They have been laid on the walkway in the centre of the car park but make it unbearable to walk on with a trolley.
A smooth surface with no bricks would be so much kinder. Thank you.

After visiting today....there's either an apocalypse coming and everyone is stockpiling, or this Asda is soon to close down.
You're met with empty shelves or items not faced up.
The managers need to wake up and walk the floor once in a while.... #shocking

Coffee machine "broken" second time in the same week. No staff around, area in a mess and no sign to indicate theres a problem. Had to track down staff member willing to find out what the problem was only to be told its broken. Thats why Asda will always be the low quality and service supermarket it is. Terrible service
