Emma or Erma? Was very rude when I entered the store. It was raining so I has my hood on. After browsing the store for about a minute, I was stopped by Emma/Erma and asked to take off my hood as it was for everyone's safety. I feel extremely angry with this situation, at no place is there a rule where you can't have your hood up in store. There is a rule regarding face covering but I should not be made to feel like a criminal simply due to me wearing a hood.... she then had staff follow me around the store which made me feel very uncomfortable, I have been shopping at this store for over 6 years and I can honestly say that I am never going back! They do not deserve my money & I can see from other reviews that I am not alone in thinking how rude the staff are! To give a 1* reviews after this experience is a generosity.

Sells flowers and plants which have long past their display until date at full price. Customer service and stock rotation appalling - I won’t be buying any more flowers or plants from this store as they aren’t fresh and therefore the overall quality is compromised. I have physically removed bunches of flowers which were 3 days out of date and handed them to staff to dispose of. Why bother to have a display until date on the flowers and plants if it means nothing?

Staff here are so rude! Walked here with two toddlers in tow as I promised them an ice lolly and the wonderful staff here shut the door in my 3 year old son’s face and told to get out as they needed to stock shelves. I pointed out that maybe they should consider advertising closing times to customers and told they don’t have to. A nice till operator then told me to take my children away. I pointed out my son was crying and was then told my children’s welfare aren’t her issue. I’m really shocked staff can get away with this behaviour
