Such bad customer service...I am disabled and walked in with my stick to collect a parcel to find I had to recover my own parcel from one of many just left on a shelf in the shop 🤷‍♀️ the guy behind the counter didn't even address me as I put it on the side to scan, he just continued his conversation in his own language and failed to say anything as I left (struggling with the door, thanks for the help pal 🙄)
Honestly it was laughable, I left the shop and had a giggle as I couldn't believe it!! I had to go here to collect a UPS parcel, however unless it's a necessity avoid at all costs!

Absolutely filthy, thick layers of dust on some products and grime all over the place. Mould on bread, and don’t even risk the chiller stuff. Used to have a good selection of drinks but not any more, and no date rotation. Has gone right down hill since Karto passed it’s only become more clear over the time since that he was the only one who paid attention to anything. It’s sometimes hard to even get served as the guys are too busy on their phones but when it’s not you get interrogated as to why you didn’t buy anything and the guy tries to get you to buy stuff you don’t want instead. Really disgusting in here. Not sure how they’re still allowed to stay open

Awful customer service by the older man especially when sending/receiving parcels. He initially shouted that he was too busy to help with the parcels. When he realised he needed to scan the barcodes to accept the parcel, he started yelling unintelligibly in a very rude manner and then proceeded to hysterically yell “how many times do I have to tell you? Put it here!” Dreadful experience. Will not be going there again.

Ok for occasional purchases alcohol is a pricey went there today met by aggression , rude , threatening behaviour from a 50 year old bald man.
Lacking in customer service skills, needs an attitude overhaul

This place is absolutely filthy! Most of the items in the store are out of date, there is grime and mold on the fresh food shelves, and the kiosk is completely covered in dust. The guy behind the counter with the moustache is a very friendly chap, but the one with the hat (the owner i think) is a rude bloke. Go to CostCutters down the road instead!!

This shop is terrible. And useful. And strangely popular. Good luck to them. Whoever said there was only one type of customer service?

Terrible customer service. Tried to drop of a ups parcel only to be grunted at saying it not working.

Any question was met with further grunts of not working.

Not very helpful or convenient!!
