The main repair did excellent work on a couple rings which needed to be resized and reshaped. Bought jewellery from the shop which they helped me to decide on the ring necklace and earring set which had my birthstone on it. Brilliant service, affordable items. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Had to give 1 star to enable me to write the review, although 1 star is certainly too much. Avoid this jewellers at all costs!
I took my engagement ring in for a simple repair, took weeks to come back, it broke and bent after 1 week of light wear. I returned and asked for them to repair the ring again, it came back and looked awful with 2 visible cracks in the shank. The other sales assistant agreed with me that it didn’t look satisfactory. The head of repairs told me I should have gone for the more expensive option of repair when offered to me as that was advised, it wasn’t. Both costs of repair offered to me should have been viable options to repair the ring. They have since told me that the platinum is brittle and that’s why the ring looks the way it does?! I have since asked for a refund from them for the unsatisfactory work carried out and I will take it elsewhere, which they are refusing. I’m awaiting a call back from these elusive “directors” on a decision. I was told that apparently if I wanted a long term fix, I should have gone for the more expensive repair (full shank replacement as opposed to building up the shank) as that would have lasted longer, and most people who “cant afford it” go for the cheaper repair?!! Hugely dissapointed and upset. Other than to get my ring back (and my refund) I will never step foot in that shop again. Terribly run business, do not use!!!

Rude staff very unhelpful,
My partner bought me a ring in may last year the ring was still under warranty was told in December when it happened the Epping store couldn’t find me on the system, so my dad took the ring to the Colchester branch where they sent it off to be repaired the shop manager Linda said how bad she was with the service I was given in Epping store,
Was told in December would be fixed with in several weeks which ended up being 8 weeks in total, they was in the wrong and wouldn’t give a refund for a faulty item they sold offered me £10 set of earrings not even an apology or anything of goodwill and then also having to come back and forth to Colchester with the ring £180 journey in a cab!
The service and the staff was absolutely appalling,
She said on collection of the ring compensation or something would be offered my partner collect and now apparently Linda doesn’t remember what a coincidence!
Was passed from pillow to post regarding the ring
I would never ever RECOMMEND an anyone please save you’re money and shop elsewhere!!!! I couldn’t even give them 0 stars
Absolute con artist should be shut down, and the other 2 blonde workers in the Epping store aren’t the brightest spark in the box either

The custom work I have had done is of the highest quality I've seen, amazing customer service from all the staff. I've taken a few pieces for repairs and they have been completed in a very fast time.

Avoid at all costs, completely destroyed the provenance of my ring, by carrying out work they did not have my agreement to do. Caused a lot of distress, extremely unprofessional.

BEWARE . Took in a expensive Raymond Weil watch for new battery and to be sealed. Cost £45 . On return watch ran slow so returned to them. I had no proof but convinced sealed incorrectly as misted up on one occasion. Now informed that watch needs a service at £390. No offer of refund or explanation. Never used them before and will never again. Don't like being ripped off.

Valued my earring as cubic Zirconia when they were diamonds. which caused lots of problems and stress. I got “ sorry about that”. I have asked for my valuation money back and I get, “ need to speak to the director” 3 times I have had to call them when they promised to call me. Disgraceful. I say... we all make mistakes but it’s hiw we deal with them that counts. Would never use this place again and will be passing that on.. still not got back to me. Very unprofessional
