Got a fantastic beef fillet for Easter. Made a wonderful Beef Wellington with it. Not a cheap cut but worth the price 100% and the staff no their product well too.

This is a fabulous asset to Epping. Any cut prepped. Knowledgeable butchers. Know where all their produce comes from and most of it is local. Cuts of meat to suit all budgets. Great bbq selection in summer and great selection all year round. Can order if you want something special. They also do fantastic catering - had a birthday bbq and my guests raved about the food!

Churches catered a hog roast for a special birthday on Saturday. Victoria arrived early and set everything up swiftly and professionally. The food was amazing and all the guests were very complimentary. I couldn’t recommended them more highly!

Went into Church’s last Monday. They sell skirt beef, which makes the most succulent casseroles, stews, pie filling...whatever.
I also got myself some lambs liver ready for in the week, and a couple of lamb ‘chump’ chops. Just had them for Sunday, and, well, they were just sensational.
Even if you can only afford little portions of meat, the staff will serve you as if you were buying loads, and, let me say, whatever you spend is worth every single penny.
Well worth a visit.

Lovely Steak and Kidney and Steak and Ale puddings eaten this evening, beautiful. We also bought a small pork pie and piccalilli for another evening. Lovely shop and the young lady serving was a delight. 10/10.

Great local traditional butchers. We consider ourselves very lucky to have it so close. Meat quality has always been superb. Their own sausages are the best I’ve ever tasted. The bbq selections always go down well. The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. If there were more shops like this on the High Street then the world would be a better place. Highly recommended.
