The lady at the checkout was the most friendliest charity shop worker I've ever come across. She was so helpful and didn't mind how many questions asked about items. Amazing staff, I will forever recommend, donate and buy from Ecco xx

The last year I've said I won't buy clothes from regular shops.
I've managed to do this visiting Ecco most weeks to top up my wardrobe and my families wardrobes.
Why pay more when you can pay less and also help save the planet abit more.
Love the place and the staff who are always smiling and friendly.
More people should try reducing their carbon footprint and it could start by charity shopping regularly to achieve this.

An excellent second hand store with real low prices and often good stuff. They used to have a very rich toys section which, unfortunately, is now been taken off and the toys are spread around the shop. Still, if you look properly, it is possible to find some good bargain. Please bring back the toy section!

Good selection of stuff at incredibly low prices. The one in Harlow is bigger but you can usually find something nice to buy in ECCO in Epping too. There's no direct parking but it's right opposite Tesco which has free short term parking so it's fine. Just be careful crossing the road!

This charity shop is a little treasure trove. If your a bit of a bargain hunter like myself then this is one of the best ones around. I have had some very good purchases in this charity shop. The Epping store(opposite Tesco) has a vintage section which is interesting. Normally a wide selection of books, Dvds and Cds. A large area for clothes and normally some designer labels can be found in the clothes racks. Also a brick a brac section where some nice bits and bobs can be found.
