This is a lovely shop! My family and I use it regularly. The staff are incredibly polite and always ask how we are. They are patient and helpful with sending parcels. I have also noticed them being particularly kind and patient when serving children and elderly customers. In addition it is always well stocked and well organised. I live in Epping and believe that this is the friendliest local shop - I love it!

Great shop. Always polite, friendly and helpful. Been using it for 30 years, never had any problems. It sells papers,magazine's, stationary,cigarettes,vapes,heated tobacco,sweets,alcohol,non alcoholic drinks. It also offers postal services and a small selection off essentials like milk and sugar. If you have a gas or electric card, you can top them up there along with your oyster card.pop in and have a look, they do other stuff too.

I would of given them no stars..... this shop charges 1p extra on all recommended prices, if you are paying by card and the item is £1.99 the card machine is set up to charge £2.00.....so every customer that pays by card is paying a penny extra for recommended priced items...doesn't sound like.much but, technically they are charging more and gaining more money......🫤

Bad attitude. Boy dealing with eBay/Amazon collections is argumentative and needs training in customer service. Will use another collection point in future.

Great local shop very helpful with my deliveries and always service with a smile
