We have had Plaztek cages in our practice for 16 years and were very pleased with them. However, we have tried unsuccessfully to get Plaztek to visit us to quote for additional cages and to quote for moving our existing ones.
On two occasions they promised to visit then didn't turn up. They are difficult to get hold of on the telephone and they don't respond to emails.
Sadly, even though their product is a good one, I cannot recommend this company until they sort out their lack of customer service.

We at ELM Wildlife @savinghedgehogs a registered charity ordered 40 cages from Plaztek at the end of August 2020, it is now August 2021 and we are still waiting for the last 12. Bearing in mind we rescue animals and need these cages and want to order more, I would say their treatment of us is awful; loads of false promises and constantly ignored.
I know you have problem Ryan but you also know the problems you are causing us.
