Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was unable to have it shipped by Bow Sports but instead had a courier service. Bow Sports, Nick specifically, were so diligent with my order getting to me. Even with being in the United States, they were constantly answering my emails at all hours and were also available by phone and were always great to speak with. I highly recommend this company to everyone and I will be a returning customer.

Excellent service at Bow sports, went in for a tuning for my compound bow, he sorted my draw length out without a problem and a few checks for me, he sorted out a dozen arrows and a nice quiver to boot, couldn't fault Bow Sports at all and I'll definitely be using them again 😁👍 10/10

Excelent staff and service. I have a few extra needs and the person whi served me went out of his way to help make sure I had the right equipment. They have a small range there as well. The stock is well organosed and the advice excelent. Fully recomended.

Had the pleasure of visiting on 8/8/2024 lovely service from the gentleman that served us. Very professional and not pushy or pressuring for sales. Ended up spending a lot more than I intended (went in for limbs for my bow but ended up buying a new bow and arrows) worth every penny! Highly recommend for archery supplies.

Visited on Tuesday before lunch when i knew it would be quiet. Served by helpful chap called Gareth. Listened to what i wanted the offered me advice. Set my chosen bow up, tuned it down to what i wanted/needed and then got to shoot it. Its the 3rd bow i have bought from them. But i know it can get busy on saturdays Great service
