Excellent service provided from contacting them via email which is unusual for me as i usually just prefer to ring but regardless they respond so fast its incredible. They sent me out a postale sticker straight away to post when i was ready which was the next morning and had my drone fixed and back with me within 3 days i cant recommend these guys enough and very fair prices aswell with no pressure to repair. I would 100% use these for all my future drone issues should i have anymore tree incidents lol. Thanks again guys the drone flys amazing again now.

Top notch service. Absolutely no complaints at all.
Popped over with my Mavic air after an incident involving a tree and left it for a quote for repair which was completed within a few hours.
Once invoice was settled, the repair was completed faster than expected too.
I was kept up to date during the whole process from start to finish.
Just took her for a quick flight for the first time since collecting it and as expected, it's good as new.

I'm hopeful that I don't have to use these guys for this service again anytime soon, but should another unfortunate incident happen, I wouldn't think twice about returning here.

These guys were amazing, communication was fantastic throughout, very friendly to talk to both in emails and in person. My drone looked completely knew after they had replaced three of the arms, repaired the body and cleaned it up. I've had no problems with it (fingers crossed) but these strike as the type of people to go above and beyond (drone pun?) Not gonna lie, it was pricey, but hey I flew my drone into a tree so my bad. Great work guys, I am over the moon! 🙂

I have a drone in need of a new motor so I phone this company. I listened to a recorded message explaining about changes duo to the pandemic and it asks customer to contact them online via the website. I filled in the contact form as requested and waited. 2 weeks passed and I’d heard nothing so I found the email address on the website and sent an email, once again explaining the problem and once again waited for a response. Another 2 weeks passed and still no response. Very poor from them and a customer lost.

I have a screenshot of my email to you that I have just taken. You definitely haven’t responded and to claim you have is just a lie. As stated i have tried to contact you twice with no response and now, given the chance to apologise for your lack of response you instead choose to claim to have responded.

Lovely people, nice responses and staff but sadly left me out of pocket on an insurance job by not thoroughly inspecting my drone's camera, telling me I 'may need to change it in the future' when the camera needed replacing immediately and found out whilst on the first gig.

This was me supporting local businesses and going out of my way to try to establish a network. I would strongly suggest going to manufacturer directly because this company doesn't compensate and did not care.

I strongly suggest you avoid.

I was very pleased to deal with this company. The product was a 'water-drop, dipped effect' replacement shell for phantom drone.
The finish on this product was superb.
The delivery time was lightening fast.
