The most terrible experience i ever had. They qre supposed to deliver my parcel to my address instead they sent me an email to collect my parcel from this centre which 25 miles away from me ! Are you having a laugh? Useless avoid at all costs

Terrible experience , they accepted to send a parcel instead of letting me know that it cant be sent. After a week I've received a call that I will need to pick my parcel up from different place. And I have been informed that they can not help me with refund. TERRIBLE EXPERINCE !!! I have been trying to get my money back for weeks and till don't even have a clue if I will any time soon or ever. Send an email which promised they will get back to me in 3 days and it has been 11 days and no reply.
