Promised delivery of yesterday, before 6pm. Clearly your word is not your bond, Basildon DX. This morning hung on 55 minutes and “no one was available to take my call, so please continue to hold”. Have builders with shovels, waiting at the back of Hackney, to lay the Astro Turf, which has been lying in your yard since Saturday 6am, i.e. 3 days, when says “overnight”!! If Selco can deliver the goods on time, why can’t you?

The rudest driver I ever met! Unprofessional at all. I believe no one would treat a stranger like that.

The nightmare started from the beginning. Driver is extremely rude and unprofessional, not even respect you as human being.

Explained to him the direction, he said he never heard of this place. I even spelled to him to google it and he refused! You got to Google it and find us if you cannot as a delivery driver. Not to tell me if you have heard of this place. Use Google map and not a map!

Refused to park in our car park to load the delivery which is 50kg. Again, despite we said you could drive to car park to load it with shorter distance. He completely ignored us and not even speak to us at all. Not even a word. Force us to lift the parcel with him. Then dump it in front of the building and left without considering my situation although we helped him lift it in a considerable distance to my property and hurt my partner’s back. It is a 50 kg delivery. I cannot believe DX hired someone like this!!! He is moody and not calm at all thought the whole process. Very very rude. The rudest driver I ever had!! Not even has basic manner when dealing with a customer.

Waited in all day for package, said they would deliver between 1:20 & 3:20, but didn’t. Booked redelivery for next day, again they didn’t show up. A chimpanzee in a circus car could do a better job. Shameful.

Worst company in the world. Apparently I missed the first attempt.

Can’t talk to anyone on live chat. I want to talk to someone regarding my parcel like a human and resolve this.

I wouldn’t touch this company for any deliveries. Couldn’t organise piss up in a brewery.

( I just wanna say the lady/gentleman commenting on everyone's post doesn’t help. The live chat take 6 hours to reply. Also doesn’t resolve my situation)

We've used DX every day for the last 18 months, shipping long lengths.
I'm happy to say they are the best delivery company we've ever used . Goods are looked after and delivered without fail.
Office always answer and are really helpful.

Poor service, unhelpful, staff on a power trip with an unhealthy ego refused to deliver a small parcel because they wanted it signed even though the seller gave clear and written instructions to leave my parcel in the front garden.
