I placed my order on Friday at 9am, and was delighted when it arrived promptly the next day by 11am. The product quality is exceptional clearly well made and exactly as described. This level of efficiency and attention to quality truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending this company to others and look forward to ordering again in the future!

They were good at answering my emails, but my delivery was somewhat convoluted. My experience was:
17.4.2024. Ordered 10 25kg bags of tablet salt.
18.4.2024. 4 bags received. Emailed to ask when the rest were coming.
19.4.2024. My email was read.
19.4.2024. One further bag was deliverd.
23.4.2024. Emailed again as I had heard nothing.
25.4.2024. Four bags were delivered, all of them slightly ripped at the ends with salt starting to spill out, as despite being strong the bags are not quite strong enough to withstand being handled by couriers. One had even been patched up with tape.
26.4.2024. Emailed to ask when the remaining bag would be delivered.
26.4.2024. Received email saying the remaining bag was not delivered as it was damaged, and that another would be sent.
29.4.2024. Received final bag.

Keen pricing and quick delivery. Excellent customer service too: errors with orders are very rare, but when we did have an issue I picked up the phone, spoke to a real person, and they sorted it (return shipping at their expense) with minimal hassle. Would recommend.

Very friendly efficient service. We had an issue with a delivery of whiskey glasses from another well known company. In a panic I did a bit of googling and found the same glasses at a better price with WeCanSourceIt. These guys even upgraded the postage delivery time in-order for us to receive these glasses for our event. Thank you very much. We will certainly be ordering again from this company.

Do not buy anything from this company. They are a scam. The products you buy do not get delivered and when you speak to the customer service including the management team, they laugh at you or hang up on you.

Package did not arrive when it should have, courier couldn't be bothered to get out of is van to open the drive gate to make the delivery and really bad at answering e mails or to chase the couriers to make the delivery I do not recommend this company no customer service what so ever, and still no delivery or updates

Needed some napkins so made contact to ask a few questions about the products and had an immediate response. Then placed an order and it has arrived today. Fantastic customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
