The cinema itself is great, reclining seats is a game changer and decent proce for tickets. Unfortunately the service spoiled the visit before the film even started. The teenagers were more interested in talking to each other than serving, 4 of them at the collection till and nobody at the serving point, then snarling that they dont serve at that point as if we were the ones in the wrong. Zero eye contact as we showed our ticket and then sent us to the wrong screen. Just no professionalism or work ethic.

This is our go-to cinema when in the Warrington area. Reclining armchairs, masses of leg room with reasonable sized screens, and good sound quality. There is a convenient sit in Costa onsite, which is very convenient. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and the building is clean, tidy, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The reclining seats worked well and the evening's cinema experience was very good.
Having bought tickets online we were surprised that we were able to walk straight in and go to the particular screen without any staff being present to check our tickets.
It was very quiet but it seems like we didn't need tickets !! That situation isn't the first time, once before we were never challenged for tickets.

This is a great venue. We went here to watch a movie (obviously), and the chairs were big comfy recliners with plenty of leg room and a revolving drinks/snack tray. The sound and picture quality were fantastic. Just a note I did not book the tickets, so I don't know if all the screens/rooms are the same or if this is an additional cost. There is also a great choice of drinks/snacks in the foyer.

A breath of fresh air !
It was a fantastic welcoming greeting from all the staff and an immaculately clean cinema.
The reclining seats were very comfortable and reasonably priced.
Will definitely be making this my go to cinema from now on.

Seats are comfy. But always find myself feeling cold when watching the film. Aircon is far too cold. Staff are always helpful & pleasant

I love visiting the Luxe cinema as the reclining seats and tray tables make a big difference. The theatre was a touch too cold but this didn't become an inconvenience.

I will on future visits refrain from buying snacks at the cinema because of how wildly overpriced they are. I thought the popcorn was meant to taste warm like it had just been cooked, all I got for a fiver was a bucket of what seemed like shop-bought Butterkist popcorn decanted into a bucket.

That aside, I'll always visit Odeon Luxe for the extra comfort and convenience compared to a normal cinema.
