I'm simply going to start with Katy is the BEST! Bisous Bridal Boutique was the second bridal shop I visited and as soon as I saw Katy's warm friendly smile and beautiful Boutique, I knew I was in safe hands. As a bride was who was initially dreading wedding dress shopping, I can honestly say Katy and my bridal team were the best in helping me find my dream dress, one I wouldn't have picked myself. Not only did Katy make me feel confident and beautiful but she also helped my Bridesmaid's find their dresses, all in which were beautiful. Last but by no means least, Katy hand made me the veil of dreams. Every single person who attended my wedding commented on how colourful, beautiful and unique was veil was. My veil complimented my dress and personality perfectly and was everything and more. I honestly can't recommend Katy enough, she is the most talented, beautiful and friendly person and I honestly can't thank her above and beyond services enough xx

I bought my wedding dress from Katy in her lovely shop last year. I had visited several shops with my Mum and tried on about a dozen dresses before coming to Katy. In several shops, independent & a known discount brand, I felt pressured into purchasing a dress. Yes everyone in every shop was welcoming & full of congratulations on my engagement but it felt like as soon as I was in a dress they were ready to take me to the till. I was even advised to go ask family members for money when I said a dress was lovely but beyond my budget.
Going to Bisous Bridal was a world away from any of these sorts of shops. Katy is so welcoming and kind, I felt comfortable to browse her dresses and chat openly on what I did and didn't like. Katy was honest enough to tell me when a dress wasn't quite the style for me rather than trying to push for a sale. She put me at ease, gave me honest opinions and made the whole process feel so easy. I know I made the right decision to buy from her. She has a beautiful range of bridal dresses and accessories in her shop to suit many budgets as well as bridesmaids dresses in so many colours.
I did visit her shop several times to try my dress on again and show a few family members before the big day and she was always available and able to make time for me without feeling like I was a bother or wasting time after I've already paid. She took an interest and remembered things I had said in previous appointments, I really felt valued and cared for as a customer. Katy was kind enough to arrange my dress alterations with a fantastic seamstress which was one less thing for me to sort and worry about. She made the whole experience so personal and enjoyable, especially for a person with so much social anxiety.

Where do I start with how amazing this place is! As a panicked bride, who has a last minute wedding to prepare I can't thank Katy enough for her patience and advice. She wasn't pushy at all with her dresses, just really helpful and genuine. You can tell she really cares about the clients who walk through her doors and it isn't about the sale for her. Absolutely outstanding service and all of her dresses are beautiful! I can not recommend enough. I bought my dress today after a second viewing and I am over the moon with it. Thank you Katy.

I couldn’t recommend Katy enough, she made my whole wedding experience incredible.

I first visited the shop but I didn’t find what I was looking for but I returned looking for a second dress after being told my original dress couldn’t be taken in without loosing the detail of the illusion panels.

I found gorgeous dress with Katy & she went above and beyond for me, not only was the buyer experience amazing, the after care was even better.

Not only did she introduce me to her seamstress thanh who actually saved my first dress, she also stored both dresses and was steaming them to the last minute.
