Booked last minute at a very busy time. We were gratefull our move date could be met. The online viewing (by Helen) and quote were excellent as was communication. The guys arrived on the day, on time. They were very proffesional and worked quickly to load our household goods. We were delayed getting keys to our new home, but the guys were fine with it. Having never used a removal company we made contact with a number of companies as we didn’t know what to expect.

Woburn Sands Removals Ltd, a family owned business were friendly and professional from the outset.

They visited our property, ensured they fully captured our requirements and explained how the contract worked / what was included, which was very simple compared to others and did not contain any restrictions or hidden costs that the others did.

On the day of the move, the team were very smart, polite and took care with our belongings. They spoke to our neighbours to ensure they had the option to move any vehicles that may become blocked by their lorry. When they arrived at our new property, they did the same to ensure our new neighbours would not be inconvenienced.

I highly recommend using this company, they made the whole experience stress free. For our next move, we will certainly be contacting them.
