Absolutely shocking behavior from the driver. Avoid!!
I have video footage of driver throwing Parcel into the back of his van though it clearly stated on the Parcel it was FRAGILE. When I did recieve it, it was badly damaged.
Now I'm still waiting for a replacement. I was due to recieve replacement today between 1pm-2pm today. Where is my parcel DHL?

Driver claimed without any evidence my property could not be accessed. I was in all day, double drive way, no restrictions whatsoever on a normal suburban road. No road works no nothing. No photos of any obstructions taken and no contact details for you to talk or challenge anything. All recorded messages and emails. I’m now out of pocket due to delays. Pretty clear they wanted to finish their shift and get home asap so made up a story to blame my property.

Received an email from DHL on 29/11/2024, stating that my parcel was expected to be delivered around 4/12/2024. However, on 6/12/2024, I got another email saying the parcel was still with DHL and advising me NOT to contact them, as they would deliver it to me.

Fast forward to 14/12/2024: after no further updates via email or phone between 29/11/2024 and 13/12/2024, I called their system at 02476937770, only to hear that my parcel had been returned to sender.

Confused, I went to the depot and was directed to customer service (02476937777), which turned out to be useless. When I asked why my parcel was returned without any attempt to contact me, they redirected me back to the first number (02476937770). This created a ridiculous dead-end loop, with no resolution in sight.
(02476937770) only have 3 option, there is no people answer to phone call.

Later that afternoon, I checked their online system, which claimed my parcel was “delayed” as of 10/12/2024. So, which is it? Delayed or returned? The communication from DHL is a complete mess, and I still have no idea where my parcel is or how to retrieve it.

Even Royal Mail provides a proper update when a parcel is returned, including the reason why. DHL’s response? “Returned to sender” with zero explanation.

If the issue is due to an invalid postcode (mine is in a newly built area), that’s a system problem on DHL’s part. They should have contacted me for clarification instead of just returning the parcel.

After spending a long time on the phone with 02476937777, I was finally told that one parcel had been returned, while another was still with DHL but could not be stopped from being returned as well.

If you’re considering buying an item shipped via DHL, think twice. It feels like they prioritize “returning” parcels to the sender just to earn extra money for reshipping. A frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

The worst company ever. There's no way you can contact them, they don't have a HUMAN OPERATOR to answer calls, the drivers don't even attempt to deliver, their on-line system is rubbish. Shame on you.

Do not confuse DHL e-commerce with DHL express. We turned up with a prepaid DHL express parcel this evening and although the customer service person was sympathetic she couldn't take it. No where in Milton Keynes open late enough to take it. Very disappointed.

I have been waiting for an urgent parcel to be delivered to my service point for over a week now, and no one can provide any answers about what is happening. There are no updates in their system, and when you call their customer service, no human answers. This is an absolute nightmare! I strongly urge you to avoid this company at all costs.

Update: thanks for the response Nicky, I have already contacted you guys, can someone have a look at the Case number: 10531411? And provide and update… this is a urgent matter

Rubbish delivery company. Text me to say that they had delivered ( they hadn't) email me 12 hours later to say that my delivery was then being delivered later that day ( it wasn't ) so I called the customer care team. Useless lot. Told them I would go to MK depot and collect it. When I got to MK staff told me parcel has been returned to sender ( on my instructions ) Absolute tosh! Two days later the parcel arrived at my location. So please think twice before using DHL. This is not the first time I have had issues with them - 4 months to deliver to Canada last year. So I will not be using DHL again
