I purchased a tv unit and I honestly couldn’t be more happier with the product and the service provided as it was so quick, the delivery and also assembling was very user friendly! I assembled it by myself (which isn’t an fav thing to do) and really loved the quality as it’s got such beautiful gloss finish to it and can tell it’s gonna last me a long time! Really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Furneo to anybody that is seeking quality with affordable price tags!

The worse company service, they sent the parcel to a wrong place and to correct the issue they treat you with the police filling forms… I never receive the item but I receive a very bad customer service. Don’t buy with B&Q if the seller is Furneo

Horrible customer service.

The item I ordered arrived broken and I was offered to return it for free. I booked a pick up slot and took the day off work so I could hand the two very heavy parcels to the courier. When nobody showed up I contacted Furneo to let them know that they need to rebook the collection. I was told the courier attempted collection and no one was available at the property. I have 24/7 CCTV and a ring doorbell and can show that nobody attempted to collect the parcels. I am assuming that the driver went to the wrong address which is clearly not my fault.

However, Furneo is now insisting for me to not only carry two very heavy parcels (I am a female suffering from an autoimmune disease and should not lift heavy things) to my car but also drive 20 miles to the next Parcelforce depot to drop the parcels. There was no apology, no empathy and their responses are infuriating simply referring to their returns policy. I have not been treated this badly in a very long time.

I honestly cannot recommend using this company. I will certainly never buy here again.

Package did arrive in 2 deliveries but on time. Instructions are not the easiest to follow but all flat-pack furniture is like this now. Good quality cabinet and looks great

Horrendous customer service from this company. Bought a TV stand and the plastic on one of the hinges was snapped off. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago and am yet to hear a response. Absolutely shocking.

Contacted this company and went to their warehouse to pay for and collect my sofa. Got home and unwrapped it and it was the wrong colour. Contacted them via messages to advise and they said I could go back to them and change it. I had to hire a van, pay for fuel and travel an hour and a half to get this sofa. I refused and said this was their error and they needed to deliver the correct colour sofa and take this one away. They refused to do that and said 'no returns' despite this being their error. They then blocked me so I could not contact them anymore.
This company is awful, I'm now left with a sofa I do not want and £700 out of pocket!
