Such a lovely company! Kian did a great job setting up a new laptop for me with all the apps I could have needed for work, and Matthew was so patient running me through how to use the laptop and all the bits and bobs I would need to know. Their remote service is incredible and really helps to illustrate how to fix any problems or issues I was having so I could see step-by-step! Their response time was almost immediate and they provided such an amazing service. Deborah was also very kind and a lovely first point of contact. They really know their stuff, and are so knowledgable about IT in multiple sectors , in my case education! 10/10 would highly recommend 🙂

I called On Site this morning after being hacked on all my social media accounts. Firstly, the lady who reassured me on the phone was amazing she told me to bring my laptop straight in and directed me very calmly with the next steps. I was brought into a room with sofas and offered a lovely cup of tea. Matthew then helped me recover my accounts and very calmy helped me reset all my passwords. I would 1000% recommend.
