Colchester retail park has a few selected shops , Matalan for home, clothes , kids clothes. Starbucks for a cuppa and if your feeling peckish you got subway on hand or if you want to work out there’s pure gym

Matalan, Go Outdoors and Starbucks are the main shops here. Next to the College so fairly busy with students . Free time limited car parking with 3 EV charging points.

I was pleased to see Go Outdoors still have a retail outlet in Colchester, albeit smaller than their previous store near the train station. This particular retail park in Sheepen Road still has it's Matalan Store and now also has a good sized Starbucks. Subway also have an outlet here. Parking is easy and plentiful, area is well kept.
