First time thought we'd try it out. Got anemic hotdog dough balls which were empty so basically dough balls. Missing a portion on chicken. It tasted OK, but not the best. Definitely not worth the £41 spent! On quality or quantity. Contacted them about the problems and no reply. So don't expect to get what you pay for.

Arrived like photos below, after ringing was first told that I would be "sorted" next time. But eventually convinced the manager to send me out another pizza which took an hour and a half to arrive. Will not be purchasing from again.

Crap service, ordered from this place 4 times and everytime they can’t even deliver the food, cancel everytime, Don’t put your place on delivery apps (uber eats) if you can’t even fulfill orders.

I ordered the chicken pizza, curly fries and cream cheese jalapeno. All the food was cold and the cheese on the pizza was congealed, there was a lot of toppings but the pizza was very bland. The jalapeno was ok but quite slimy. The curly fries were cold too.

The best part of the meal was the dips to be honest.

Won't be ordering food from here again especially with a £3 delivery charge from Just Eat.

Terrible customer service, not interested in giving customers a good experience to ensure returning customer base. I should have known from the majority of awful reviews. Food was ordered at 6:50pm I had to call to ensure our order was coming, this then arrived 45 mins later than scheduled at 8:15pm. Further to this , the order was wrong both pizzas were not what was asked for. Rang the place back up to ask for the pizzas we ordered which was a BATTLE! The manager is extremely rude and would only replace one pizza. The replaced pizza came which was ALSO wrong and was not what we ordered. American Pizza are incompetent and clearly can’t do the simple task of following an order properly. Making a pizza is not rocket science. The most concerning thing was how unbelievably rude the staff member (which I assume was the manager) was to us on the phone. From reading previous reviews too , the owner clearly cannot take criticism. Very poor.

I would also mention the man behind the phone thought it was necessary to ask if I had a husband because I asked for our order to be replaced? Unprofessional.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Go here regularly and absolutely love the pizza, fantastic service and a good range of sides. The kickers are very spicy unlike kickers from a well know chain. The only thing I dislike is they no longer seem to open before 4pm now, so I can't get a particular pizza deal. Other than that would highly recommend.

No stars would be given!
Not once, not twice but three times I didn't get the pizza I ordered. First time, one off so didn't complain. Second time, I ordered online so it's in black and white exactly what we wanted on our pizza. Low and behold they got it wrong! Rang, spoke to manager who found it funny and said he would only replace one pizza despite him getting both pizzas wrong. Clearly can't take criticism and see that he was in the wrong, despite me being very polite, he even stated to me that hes a horrible man! The replacement pizza was WRONG! I have no words left for this place apart from I'd rather have a bowl of bird food than order from this guy again!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars!!

We were given a flyer earlier in the day and decided to go with it, I wish we had read the reviews!

We trusted the place we were staying to not have places like this recommended.

We ordered at 7.15pm (for delivery of 1 large pizza with delivery charge) and were told it would be 40 minutes and we would get a phone call to let us know it had arrived. I went to the carpark of the area we were staying as agreed on the phone in ordering (for 7.55pm). I waited, it was raining. At 8.15pm I called to confirm the order and find out where it was. The lady told me the driver had left 10 minutes ago and was seconds away. After another 15-20 minutes I called again to find out where it was. This time it was a man on the phone who told me that this area had already been delivered to, I told him that I had been there since 7.55pm in the rain and we also had not received our phone call. He then made a few random comments about it was a special area, even though they do regular leaflet drops there and didn’t need postcode or anything ‘special’ on ordering.

I explained we had ordered over an hour and a half ago and been told it was on way on the previous phone call.

He then told me that he could put my order ‘on’ - so I questioned that it hadn’t even been made - he found this funny and laughed at me questioning it. He told me it wasn’t made, I explained I had been told it was on way so how wasn’t it made. He continued to laugh at me and make random and very rude comments.

No apology, no accepting any responsibility, rude and generally appalling attitude.

Needless to say, we were put off and weren’t sure it would even arrive. Instead, left the situation hungry, cold and wet.

Personally, I’d avoid.
