This is a shop I have cycled past many times, not thinking I would ever go in it, not being a motorist. But, my bicycle lock broke, so I went in on the off chance they might sell them, and they were very helpful 👍🏻

Been using you guys for many years now, over 20 years. Always enjoyed going in there and liked the service, but however after going in there recently, it would appear service is no longer applicable. Went in there for something simple and got a one word answer saying no. I’m sure you could have ordered it in, but you couldn’t be bothered. Would have saved 3o minutes of my life if you had answered the phone. Whilst in store I was told that they were busy with customers. Tried calling 6 times in the time frame of between 9.00 - 9.30am whilst sat in traffic. So sorry to say I will not be going in there again. As the young males attitude was irritating to say the least. I was going to email this to you directly but no email on your site and no point ringing to ask for it as he won’t pick up the phone

Website could do with a bit more info on it. It needs to put pictures up stating sizes of item, colour paints they have in stock and prices of items. Just looking a bit drab. The pictures are not clear on what they have in stock. I had to come from Carterton about 9 moths ago and did not have what I wanted and I can't talk over the phone as I get panicky and my mental health is poor.

Wont be getting ripped off here again - went in to buy a side light bulb but they didn’t have the exact one. The sales assistant (Vince) advised and assured us that another bulb would fit, so we purchased it trusting his expertise. Well, it doesn’t fit. So we purchased a single useless bulb for £5.99. We ended up going to Halfords, where we should have just gone in the first place - they had loads in stock and we got 2 for £3.50.

Without meaning to be sexist, I was surpised b an all woman staff when I called in but the the standard of knowledge was impeccable and they were kind, polite and helpful. I orderd a part out of stock and it was delivered within 2 hours. So much better then Hal;fords where I have always had problems.
