I'd had this Oxford bum bag for a few years now. The zip had broken a while back and I thought nothing of it, it was only when I realised that the bag came with a, "Lifetime Warranty", that I thought I'd get in touch with the dealer that I bought it from on eBay.
Well I had no receipt as such, to prove that I'd bought it from them, only a screenshot of the details of the sale, and not much else.
Well the dealer didn't seem to be all that interested, saying it was too long ago to honour the warranty, strange that, as it's a "Lifetime Warranty".
Long story short I got in touch with Oxford products direct, and within one day Katie had been in touch with me on how to go about resolving this very minor problem.
Well I'm pleased to say that, "Oxfords Lifetime Warranty", isn't just empty words. Today I received my new bum bag, and as you can see from the pictures, it's rather posh inside too.
I would just like to add, that in all the years that I've been buying Oxford products, this is the first time that I've ever had a problem with anything that I've bought. It's just great that Katie, sorted it all out for me.

I have owned a number of Oxford products and have never had any issues at all until just lately. I would like to share my experience, which, I would like to add has been fantastic. I have an Oxford Mondial jacket and although this jacket has been fantastic in all weather keeping me warm and dry. After two years the Zips failed on both sleeves. I realise that the jacket came with an extended warranty, however, that had expired one day earlier. Without realising this I contacted Oxford products and enquired about getting the jacket repaired. They requested photos of the damage and proof of purchase via email. I sent them in via email and I received an almost instant replay. The email explained that they had already spoken with the supplier and that they wanted them to replace the jacket with a brand new one, free of charge. They told me to contact the supplier via phone. All the details where included in the email. The supplier has now dealt with my enquiry on Oxfords behalf. I'm a very happy chap and cannot fault the customer service that I have received by both Oxford products and Sports Bike Shop.

I recently used Oxfords key replacement service and it worked a treat with the new keys delivered very promptly. Whether it's clothing or security products I also been very happy with their quality and outstanding value. Great to deal with a UK based company supplying excellent products and service.

I recently had to contact Oxford about my Q15R tank bag following the zip breaking for the main compartment. Customer Services were fantastic. With no fuss, I returned my bag and upon inspection, Oxford quickly forwarded a new replacement Q20R. I simply cannot fault Oxford. First class service indeed.

Bought two Oxford screamer disc locks to protect my motorcycle, and the alarm element has been intermittent, finally failing completely after just 8-months use. While Oxford reluctantly provided a replacement alarm module "as a gesture of goodwill" (because I couldn't obtain warranty support from the Amazon retail channel), both replacement alarm modules then went on to fail within weeks, rendering both (expensive) disc locks useless. When I then asked for a refund because I've lost confidence in the product, they then decided they were not prepared to support their product any longer, referring me back to their retailer (Amazon, who they formally state is not an authorised retailer... go figure). So all in all, not only is the Oxford Screamer Disc lock poor quality, but the manufacturer are not prepared to stand behind their products, and their Customer "support) just doesn't care: computer says no attitude.

Looking at some of the other reviews - this isn't a one off either. Will definitely be buying more Oxford products again in the future

Had fault with HJC flip helmet. HJC Europe passed me to Oxford Products where I received fantastic service from Chloe and the team. Emails answered almost immediately and I received a replacement helmet in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be looking at buying Oxford kit in the future knowing the fantastic support you receive if needed.

I asked if they could help me obtain a small piece of trim. That someone kindly removed from my bike. They did so free of charge and the postage was amazingly quick. The service I received in obtaining this piece of trim. was second to none. I have to say the best service I have had in Years. well done Oxford and Katie a big thank you.
