Took my daughter today for her 5th bday. I want to say a massive THANK YOU to the amazing staff at Windsor Build-a-Bear. They provided top class customer service, my daughter felt so special throughout. They guided us through the whole process of choosing the bear, the sound, the little beating heart. They made the whole thing so special. I should have taken the staff's names, they deserve all the credit, the lovely guy helped us pick the clothes and the girl that filled the bear with cotton made the whole thing so special. They also let my daughter ring the magic birthday bell.
Thank you for everything, guys. My daughter loves her new fluffy bestie (Millie), and she hasn't stopped talking about it. From a single mother, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me make my daughter's fifth birthday so memorable!

Went into the Windsor Build a Bear shop.
The staff were so lovely, welcoming and really enthusiastic about the product and experience for the children.

Our Granddaughter is a bit to young at the moment but the team were still interested and explained offers available and new products. Excellent team, would recommend and hopefully be back there for our Granddaughters birthday

Have visited a few times and always happy, the store is clean and the staff are super helpful. A special shout out to Junior who helped my son pick out the perfect bear and ran through how to use the voice recording, he was so helpful and kind.

Booked a kids party for my 7 year olds birthday on a Saturday afternoon. We were slightly late as we were unable to find parking. The staff (Poppy and Holly) were very accommodating and friendly and the kids loved the experience.

I got my Chase plush made here and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I got to help make him and the staff helped me make a birth certificate for him. I may not have been their intended customer age but nonetheless I felt included and welcomed by everyone

We took my three young children here today with my mum as a Christmas gift from her to them. Holly went above and beyond to help us with every step of the process from stuffing the bear, any extras and paying at the end. She was super helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to go again for my daughter’s birthday bear and hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
