I called to order a bouquet of flowers for a friend's birthday to be delivered the following Monday. I also asked for a picture of the flowers so I could see the arrangement that was going to be delivered. I received a photo of the flowers via email and was very impressed and so happy with the bouquet. My friend will love them thank you so much.

This is definitely the best florist in town. There was a disaster with the bird of paradise flowers which was disappointing but not th florists fault
BUT I phoned them and asked the lovely lady what else can you do for me. Well I could not have asked for more - outstanding . She went out of her way to oblige and she did. She asked me what I wanted , what colours etc and she is going to make me a bouquet of flowers which I know my mum will love. Anything for her. Win win I ordered fake bird of paradise from Amazon. I called to order a same day delivery of a bouquet to a friend who's pet has just passed and Bedford Florist were so kind and happy to help. The lady I spoke to understood the brief completely and the flowers were sent out and delivered within about 2 hours. My friend loved the arrangement and I'm so grateful for your fantastic service!

Flowers, balloon and greeting card arrived at intended receipient Monday 12/05/25 @ 12:30!!

Amy and Melanie informed me in the morning that due to seasonal availibility that some types of flower/colour would not be available. They were very quick with their replies and I am suitable impressed by the customer service.

Will recommend and will shop with them again.

Bedford florist clearly pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
I ordered a basket of flowers from them for mothers day, and when I picked it up I was a little disappointed with it as the size was not what I expected. I decided to gently mention this, and the ladies could not have been more helpful. They explained the difference between baskets and bouquets and how these can effect order sizes. Completely my lack of understanding.
They were able to whip up a brand new bouquet of flowers for me, which was beautiful. When I handed them to my mum for mother's day, she was shocked at how beautiful they are.
I only ask those customers who have any issues with their flowers to very politely talk to the florist, as they are more than happy to try and fix any problems. Please don't rush to the Internet to do a bad review without speaking to them first.

Firstly, the communication & delivery was excellent.
Sadly that is where it ends... I re-used this florist as they did provided our flowers for our wedding last year on the exact date, as a surprise to my wife on our first anniversary, and at our wedding the flowers where genuinely exceptional... but these, as a gift was, in my opinion as a first anniversary really poor...It is not the cost of approx £60.00 inclusive of delivery that i have an issue with, but the disappointment of the condition and freshness of the flowers...I will only give an honest and constructive opinion /review.

We ordered flowers from Canada for a local delivery in Bedford. The order was delivered first thing next morning. Exactly as it looked on the website with colour selection that was amazing. Appreciate a hand-written note along with it. The order was for our dear classmate who passed away. She would have loved these flowers!
