Was dubious before I arrived (this was booked by work due to low cost and dog friendly) initially due to the lower than typical pricing compared to other hotels in the area. However, that was misplaced, this hotel is outstanding value for money. ||The entrance, hallway and room was spotless. The room was big and spacious. The bed was remade with fresh beddings and towels everyday. It had all the facilities you require like kettles, hairdryers and nice little extras such as an adjustable radiator. Its not often you get radiators in the room that you can control. The shell garage nearby provided reasonably priced hot food and snacks so the lack of hot food on site was mitigated. Granted, the on site lunch box style food wasnt great but for the price of a room, I can't grumble. I slept really well and I couldn't/didn't hear the motorway or adjoining rooms at all bar the person above on a few occasions||The place is great for dogs also, you are in the middle of nowhere which means there lots of free open grassy spaces nearby.||There are many car parking spaces, all for free too which is a big factor for me with regards to choosing somewhere to stay.||Lastly, the staff were all very welcoming and hospitable. I would like to give a particular shoutout to James who was a pleasure to interact with. He was mentioned in a few other reviews I saw and more than justifies the praise. ||Would definitely come again.

We arrived at 8pm to be greeted by James, who was absolutely fantastic, recommended local places to eat at a late time and nothing was too much for him. His customer service was top tier and definitely made an effort to have a conversation with us. One of the most polite and friendly people to have on the front desk, he’s definitely an asset to this Hotel!

Very warm reception. The rooms are spacious, and I absolutely loved the countryside scenery. One of the staff members, Catalin, was extremely helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. My phone was almost dead and I forgot my charger but he sorted me out and made sure I had one to use throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend and go back there.

Good standard room for the price. Clean with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. There’s no lift but they carried my case up and down stairs for me and Caitlin also came back up with some boxes of books that had been delivered for me. Thank you

Check-in was smooth, with friendly and efficient staff who made me feel welcome right away.|Ehikő, a friendly and attentive staff member, made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish|The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the main road. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens and extra pillows provided. I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, along with a good-sized desk and TV.

Excellent staff especially sherry, very helpful and caring. Only thing is there's only a shell garage for food nearby. Although Barry's plaice in Hunstanton is absolutely gorgeous fish and chips, well recommended. And only 2 miles away. Would definitely stay again.

This Travelodge has a mattress issue. I managed to skin my shin getting in to bed. The mattress is based around a metal frame. It has poor fabric protection. Angela, the lovely receptionist, went and checked all the other mattresses in the motel, and found that they are the same. So be aware. The comfort level is low as the mattress is not a patch on the revamped Travelodge rooms. And the place smells bad. Like wet dog and dirty vacuums. This is a sad little motel that also benefits from a burnt out Burger King building next door. I cannot recommend it in any shape or form. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Just cos it's cheap, don't make it good.

Difficult to find because of new A14. Clean, friendly efficient receptionist.|BUT, accessible room was NOT accessible. The shower was over the bath, so a disable person could not have a shower.|Even for an able bodied person, the bath did not have a non slip surface, or a non slip mat,
